These terms explain how luxebloomdesigns.com and LuxeBloom Designs services work. By using this site, applying, or booking a service, you agree to them. If you have a signed agreement with us, that agreement controls wherever the two differ.
1. Who we are
LuxeBloom Designs is a design studio owned by Candace Briggs. We offer branding, custom Showit websites, and social media management for established businesses. "We," "us," and "our" mean LuxeBloom Designs. "You" means anyone using this site or working with us.
2. Using this website
Everything on this site, including text, images, designs, and free guides, belongs to LuxeBloom Designs unless we say otherwise. You're welcome to read it, share links to it, and use our free guides for your own business. Please don't copy, resell, or republish our content, designs, or guides as your own.
3. Applying and booking
To work with us, you start with an application. If we're a good fit, we'll invite you to a strategy call. Your spot, including a Website in a Week build week, is reserved only after you sign our client agreement and your first payment goes through.
4. Our services
The exact deliverables for your project are listed in your proposal or client agreement. In general:
• Luxe Website in a Week: a custom Showit website, up to 7 pages plus a sales page, designed and launched in 7 to 10 business days once your prep is complete.
• Luxe Brand Kit: a brand identity package, delivered in 1 to 2 weeks once your prep is complete.
• Luxe Social Suite: done-for-you social media content and management, billed monthly.
5. Payments
Prices are in US dollars. You can pay in full or choose a payment plan where one is offered. A payment plan is an agreement to pay the full project price, even if you decide not to finish the project. Payments are processed by ThriveCart and PayPal, and we never see or store your full card number.
If a payment is late, we may pause work until it's received. That pause can push back your timeline.
6. Refunds
When you reserve a spot, we hold that time for you and turn other clients away. For that reason, all services are non-refundable once they're booked and your services begin. If something comes up, email us and we'll talk through your options.
7. Your part
Our timelines depend on having everything we need before we start. For Website in a Week, that means your completed Strategy and Copywriting Guide, your brand questionnaire, and your photos and files, all due 72 hours before your build week. Each service has its own prep list, and we'll send it to you after your strategy call.
If your prep isn't complete on time, we'll move your project to the next open week instead of building with gaps.
By sending us photos, logos, fonts, copy, or any other materials, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them.
8. Timelines
Our timelines are guaranteed when your prep and approvals arrive on time. Delays on your side, like late feedback or missing files, may move your dates. If we ever need to reschedule because of illness or an emergency, we'll tell you as soon as we can and move you to the earliest open dates.
9. Revisions
Each project includes two rounds of revisions. For the Luxe Social Suite, that's two approval rounds each month. Changes beyond that, or new requests outside your project's scope, can be quoted separately.
10. Costs paid to other companies
Some tools your project needs are paid directly to the company that provides them. This includes your Showit subscription, your domain, and any paid fonts, stock photos, apps, email platforms, or ad spend. You own those accounts. We aren't responsible for those companies' pricing, outages, or policy changes.
11. Who owns the work
Once your project is paid in full, you own the final files we deliver to you, like your website design, logo files, and finished graphics.
We keep ownership of our own process, templates, guides, and anything we created before your project. We may show your finished project in our portfolio and on social media. If you'd like us not to, just tell us in writing.
12. After launch
Website in a Week includes 30 days of support after launch for questions and fixes related to what we built. After that, you can update your site yourself using your guidebook, or hire us for new work.
13. Luxe Social Suite
The Luxe Social Suite is billed monthly and continues until you cancel. To cancel, give us 30 days' written notice. You'll approve content before it's posted, and you're responsible for keeping your accounts in good standing. We aren't responsible for changes, limits, or suspensions made by social media platforms. Ad spend is paid directly by you to the platform.
14. Results
We design every project to help your business earn trust and win clients, but we can't promise specific results like revenue, bookings, followers, or search rankings. Those depend on many things outside our control.
15. Testimonials
We may ask to share your feedback as a testimonial. We'll only use your name, words, or business details with your permission.
16. Limits on our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We aren't responsible for indirect losses, like lost profits or lost data. You're responsible for the content you provide and for how you use your website and accounts after launch.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The terms in your signed client agreement stay the same for the length of your project.
18. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
